The first AI banking assistant in Poland
Nest Bank announces the launch of N!Assistant, an AI assistant based on the GPT -4 language model provided by Microsoft that will revolutionize customers’ interactions with the bank. With N!Assistant, Nest! customers will be able to communicate with the bank using natural language, analyze their spending, and carry out banking operations using voice-to-text technology. This is the first solution of its kind offered by a Polish bank.
AI-powered banking
N!Assistant will be your expert guide to everything Nest Bank has to offer. It can advise on handling specific matters at the bank, answer questions about your finances, check your spending pace, verify if your budget will last until the end of the month, and even suggest how much you should save for a trip abroad. In the future, it will also provide assistance for customers who have lost their debit card or need to make a transfer. Nest Bank plans to continuously develop and expand the range of functions available through N!Assistant.
Microsoft Technology
What sets N!Assistant apart from traditional chatbots that have been operating in banks for years? Well, for starters, you can talk to it just like you would a human – in other words, using natural language. It's an advanced, intelligent system built on the GPT-4 model, and it's part of the Azure OpenAI service. N!Assistant can effortlessly understand complex contexts and provide straightforward answers to even the most complicated questions.
The promise of "premium plus" daily banking
Nest Bank promises that the N!Assistant heralds a new era in everyday banking. – We aim to lead in offering high-quality services at a reasonable cost. GenAI allows us to deliver a level of service previously exclusive to the premium segment, and we plan to surpass even that. Could anyone have ever imagined having 24/7 access to a bank steward who remembers all of a customer's transactions, the entire bank's offerings, and all self-service instructions? Thanks to the advancements made with GenAI, we're entering an era of truly personalized service on an unprecedented scale. We're thrilled that Nest Bank is the first to bring this solution to the Polish market – says Piotr Kowynia, CEO of Nest Bank.
– Implementing artificial intelligence in the banking sector is not only an inevitable direction of development but also a key element that will define the future of banking. This change is fundamentally important for all aspects of banking operations, from back office to direct customer contact. AI algorithms can also self-learn and adapt, support, and eventually take over tasks related to data analysis, risk management, or fraud prevention. On the customer contact front, artificial intelligence can radically change customer interaction with the bank, helping to solve problems. This significantly increases the availability of banking services and makes them more inclusive. Banking will become more intuitive and easier to use – says Janusz Mieloszyk, CFO of Nest Bank.
What can we expect from N!Assistant?
N!Assistant will be accessible in the mobile app. – We're preparing to roll out the pilot version of N!Assistant for a select group of customers. We'll start with simple functions, such as discussing the bank's offerings and transaction history. The assistant will be continuously developed based on our clients' needs. The final form of the assistant will be shaped by its initial users - we'll take their feedback and use it to refine and expand its features – says Janusz Mieloszyk, CFO of Nest Bank.
Nest Bank powered by AI
– The first version of N!Assistant results from our several months of work and the first stage of a long journey. The following stages involve fully adapting N!Assistant to our customers' individual needs – says Karolina Mitraszewska, COO of Nest Bank. – It's worth noting that N!Assistant isn't Nest Bank's first foray into virtual assistance. We've had an employee assistant in place for almost a year that aids us in code generation, drafting internal regulations, translations, and communication. Nest Bank was also among the first companies worldwide to trial the Copilot for Microsoft 365. We've fostered a culture of AI innovation within the bank, something I'm particularly proud of. This culture of learning and continuous improvement promises many more successful implementations that will benefit our customers and deliver value – adds Karolina Mitraszewska, COO of Nest Bank.
Nest! will be sharing more details about N!Assistant soon. The bank is also planning to launch a waiting list for customers who aren't part of the initial pilot but are eager to try out the new tool as soon as possible.
